  In order to strengthen system security, the use of Token Authentication has now been made mandatory for all users.

  Our “Token Authentication” solution is integrated into the system login, and with each login, a new security code is generated through the mobile application. From now on, it will not be possible to access the system without using this authentication method. 

  To activate the application, please follow the steps below: 

  • Download the “Google Authenticator” application to your mobile device using the links below:

  Download link for iOS: App Store

  Download link for Android: Google Play 

  • 2. Log in to your account and navigate to User Management or from the Help menu select “Token QR Code”.
  • 3. Scan the barcode displayed in the system using the “Google Authenticator” application.
  • 4. Click on the “Activate” button. 

  After the setup is completed, every time you log in to you must enter the code generated by the mobile application into the “Token” field, in addition to your password.
